It’s been a big help. The kids seem to listen better now and the whole class feels way calmer than before

Overall, the service was okay, but I expected the communication to be a bit smoother. I had to follow up a couple of times just to get updates, and some of the replies I got were a little vague. It wasn’t a bad experience by any means, but it didn’t quite match what I was hoping for

I had to request a refund and, i was expecting it to be a bit of a hassle. But it was dealt with quickly, no endless chasing or back-and-forth, and the money came back without any issues. To me, that says a lot about how they handle things when something needs fixing. Really happy with the experience.

I’m not sure what more people would expect from it. The equipment feels sturdy and well made, and my kids have been using it every day with no issues so far. Nothing has broken or felt flimsy, so I’d say it’s holding up really well.

I had to cancel, which I felt a bit bad about, but they made it really straightforward. I sent them a message, got a clear reply back, and they confirmed everything without making it awkward or trying to push me into staying. I was expecting it to be a bit of a hassle, so I kinda regret stressing about it beforehand. In the end, it was all sorted easily.

Just a heads up to other parents — my kids literally never get bored here. Every time we come, there’s something new going on, and they’re immediately off having fun. It’s become one of those places they keep asking to go back to, so be prepared!

I felt comfortable leaving my kids there, which isn’t something I can say about every place. The staff seemed attentive and careful, and it looked like they were actually keeping an eye on the kids instead of just going through the motions

My child was shy before starting with Premier Education, but over time they have really started to come out of their shell. The sessions seem fun and relaxed, not too pressured, which has made a big difference.

It has been lovely seeing them feel more confident and willing to try new things without getting so nervous. I am really happy with the progress and would definitely give 5 stars

My son has SEN and the staff were so patient with him. They took the time to listen, made small changes when he needed them, and he came home happy. It was really reassuring and genuinely useful to have support that felt so caring.

I really appreciate the opening hours here. For me, it means I can stop by after work and take care of things without feeling like I’m racing the clock. It might seem like a small thing, but not having to use time off just to get basic stuff done makes a big difference.

We’ve been using Premier Education mostly because it gives us a bit of breathing room. Plans change. Someone needs picking up. School stuff appears out of nowhere. That kind of week. It’s nice that attendance isn’t too rigid, so it doesn’t feel like a huge problem every time things shift.

Booking is straightforward too. I can usually sort it without much faff. Although, a few sessions have filled up faster than I thought they would. So now I do try to check a bit earlier, just in case. Learned that one the slightly annoying way.

Overall, I’m happy with it. It’s not flawless, but it helps. Especially when the week is messy and everyone’s timetable seems to be doing its own thing. One less thing to worry about, most of the time

Premier Education has genuinely made our school days easier. My kid has a nice little routine now, and mornings feel a bit less chaotic, which is amazing, because apparently finding shoes used to be a full-time crisis.

I like that Premier Education feels welcoming and open to all kids, which is a big plus. That said, the website could definitely be easier to get around, especially on mobile. Some of the info is a bit hard to read or find, and clearer details for different needs would make a real difference. Overall, it’s not bad at all, just needs a bit more polish to be more accessible

Premier Education has worked out well for us, mostly because the location is just really convenient. It’s close enough to get to after school without feeling like we’re doing that mad rush every time, which is... a big help.

Parking can be a little hit and miss when it’s busy, so that part isn’t always ideal. But most days it’s manageable, and the building is easy to find, which makes things simpler when grandparents are doing pick up or... you know, when plans change last minute.
Overall, we’ve had a good experience. It’s not absolutely perfect because of how busy it can get around the site at certain times, but for us the convenience makes a big difference.

My son has been going to Premier Education sessions he comes out smiling every single time. He can be a bit shy when he starts anything new, but the coaches seem to make sure he’s kept busy and involved. I get the feeling they’re really good at spotting which kids need a little extra encouragement, because he’s settled in much quicker than I expected. He talks about the games the whole way home, which is always a good sign. I’m really pleased with how engaged he is, and it feels like genuine fun for him rather than just another school-type activity.

The venue was decent enough, but it wasn’t anything amazing. The toilets could’ve really used a proper clean, which was a bit grim tbh

I brought my son in last week, or maybe it was the week before, and I was a little nervous because he has a dairy allergy. They actually took the time to check everything and didn’t make it feel like a big deal. Dropping him off was way easier than I expected, and when I picked him up later he was happy and totally fine. Such a relief.

It ended up raining, but they handled the schedule changes well and the kids still had a great time. There was a little bit of confusion at first that felt preventable, but overall they adjusted quickly and kept things fun.

Booked through Premier Education and it was really simple. Found the course I needed quickly, picked the dates, and paid without any faff. Confirmation email came through straight away too. Used a few kids club sites before and this one was way less confusing. Would definitely use again.
